1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using our services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

Next Gen Solutions provides cybersecurity and cloud infrastructure services including:

• Cybersecurity consulting and implementation
• Cloud infrastructure design and migration
• Security assessments and audits
• Ongoing monitoring and support

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information
• Maintaining confidentiality of access credentials
• Complying with applicable laws and regulations
• Timely payment of agreed fees

4. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited as follows:

• Professional indemnity insurance up to £5M
• Public liability insurance up to £5M
• Cyber liability coverage through Cyber Essentials certification
• Exclusions as defined in our service agreements

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our services and materials remain with Next Gen Solutions unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate services with appropriate notice as defined in individual service agreements.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of English courts.
